Wow! I’m utterly speechless after this read. I waited for this sequel in Eva and Blake’s love story for what seems like forever and it completely surpassed my better hopes. Celeste Grande signed another novel bursting with all the feels that left me breathless. Her beautiful prose helps with the way the emotions are superbly delivered throughout Breathe You.

I loved everything about this heartbreaking yet hopeful story. After a first book where Eva battled with her demons, this second book is all about her rebuilt. While Blake was her strongest supporter during Live Me, now they’re apart and both miserable. Blake wants to be there for her, but Eva feels she needs to get better before going back to the love of her life.

I cried a lot during the first part of Breathe You, where Eva struggles with her heartbreak over losing Blake, but also tries to find herself and her confidence again. I can’t express how much I loved how strong she was with her desire to get well, once and for all. Jace, her best friend is once again a very good ally in her process, but she makes a new incredible friend in Drew.

In the first book, Blake was Eva’s strength and showed time and time again how much she meant to him. This time, he also shows a very vulnerable side of him; the one left broken after Eva’s departure. Seeing them fight their own battle to be worthy of each other was so bittersweet. I was glad to see them try to move on, but also frustrated with the back and forth between them.

Celeste Grande totally delivers on the emotions and her beautiful words makes this story sensational. She showed that everything that seems insurmountable can be conquered! Perseverance, strength, friendship, heartbreak, doubts, love are only a few themes of this superb tale. The Pieces of Broken Duet couldn’t have concluded in a better way! Breathe You is life!
