I was so excited about The Fall of Us. I really enjoy the Love In Isolation Series and I was so curious about Oakley after meeting the girl in the previous novel, The Heart of Us. This age gap, fake dating romance was just so good!
Oakley and Finn had so much chemistry. It was funny at first to witness their every interaction, full of grumpy repartees from Finn. The pair was always bickering and it made only the physical attraction between them more potent when they finally unleashed all these pent up feelings. This couple was seriously amazing! Despite their short time together, they achieved to forge such a strong bond that was magnificent. They shared some pretty sexy moments, but also tender ones. Their romance was just so magical in the fall setting of Vermont.
The side characters also brought a great dimension to this story.
Kennedy Fox once again delivered a romantic story that left me wanting more! The next novel in the series, The Joy of Us, can't release soon enough. I so need Levi's story ASAP!!
