When Fair Catch was first announced, I was really intrigued and excited by the blurb that promised a unique story. Kandi Steiner penned here an amazing romance between Riley and Zeke. I loved this couple so much and this novel was so much more than only angst and steamy encounters. It was so real and touching too.
Riley faces a lot of adversity as a woman playing college football. She has doubts and moments where stress is possessing her. I enjoyed how Zeke, always knew how to help her in these situations. They way they rebuild their broken relationship was beautiful. They were present for each other when the pressure was too high for them to bear. Zeke was such a fantastic guy! I loved how he was devoted to prove to Riley that his past mistake doesn't define him. The evolution of their romance was eveything. I loved the passion and explosive moments as well as the sweet and tender moments too.
Fair Catch was a memorable college sport romance with its uniqueness and all the feels it delivered. I'm happy to know there's more books coming in this world with the supporting characters.
