This last installment in the Fable of Happiness Trilogy was so satisfying. To watch Kassen's evolution throughout this series was phenomenal, heartbreaking and touching. The way Gemma loves him under all his facets is truly remarkable. Their special bond is more than ever palpable in this third book packed with feels, savage sensuality and incredible courage!
As much as I enjoyed this couple's journey, I must say that this book felt repetitious at times to me and was running in circles for the first thirty percent. It kept me from rating it higher. Overall, Pepper Winters couldn't have concluded the Fable of Happiness trilogy in a better way and I'm now intrigued about the other Fables kids that's for sure.
