Bury Me With Lies is exactly the kind of conclusion I wished for the Twin Lies Duet. Loaded with twists and turns, the escalade toward the truth is slow, but electrifying! Between truths and lies, longing and breaking, Mackenzie and Baz's romance is chaotic but ensnaring! S.M. Soto effortlessly caught my complete attention from start to finish with this greatly anticipated novel!

These two had my heart in a vice all read long from all the ups and downs. Under all their deceiving actions, sparks of the truth always shines though, revealing their true feeling hidden under all the deception. While Baz tries to stay cold, calculating and unfeeling, Mackenzie is his woman and all the threats on her life make him crazy. He might be vicious and a good liar, but his undisclosed actions to protect her are just swoon worthy. These small gestures that shows how much he cares had me completely melting for this commanding guy. The mend of their romance is slow, but addicting. Their carnal need is so palpable that when they finally succumb, they’re more explosive than ever. The balance between romance, suspense and emotions was flawless. I cried my eyes out at all the pain Mackenzie experiences since losing her twin, her sentiment of inferiority, her unhappiness in life like she lost a part of herself. Those moments are so poignant and show a vulnerable facet of the usually strong Mackenzie. Baz does everything to help her heal, even when she’s doubting him. She grows stronger with his love and support even when they’re tumultuously navigating between hate and love. Their love story is complicated, but powerful and rousing!

I expected some of those revelations, but some others left me speechless with hurt and distress. S.M. Soto exquisitely twisted a compelling romantic suspense that I couldn’t get enough. The intrigue, the characters and all the feels I got from this read were everything and more. The Twin Lies Duet was such an intense, crazy ride I won’t forget!
