Destined Hearts is a book I was really eager to dive into. With the cliffhanger ending of Dangerous Hearts, there were so many questions swirling in my mind about Lyric and Wolf’s future.
There’s one point that’s made pretty clear from the start, it’s their love in spite of everything happening in their life. The problem they face in their relationship is trusting each other completely with their secrets, fears and hearts! Wolf and Lyric’s love is palpable across the pages and every single interaction radiates devotion and passion between those two.
The story isn’t all about the struggles to make their relationship strong, but also about their career goals and family obstacles. Once again, Wolf captured my heart totally with his tender side and thoughtfulness toward Lyric.
I felt the last few chapters were a little too dramatic for me, but overall this book is absolutely amazing. The beauty of this couple mixed with the intense emotions they feel is greatly translated to the reader through K.K. Allen’s superb talent. The Stolen Melody Duet is not to be missed with all the heart, angst and passion it contains.
