Dear Chloe Knight, I know you still think of me. You must because I am constantly thinking about you. I can’t deny what I feel any longer–that you are, without a doubt, the love of my life. It doesn’t matter that I’m married, or that I’ve heard you’ve gotten engaged. I don’t care if it costs me everything just to get you back. I would walk to the ends of the earth for you. I would kill for you. I would die for you. I’m coming home, Little Knight and I will make you mine again. I can’t wait to tell you the truth - that I love you. That I need you. That I can hardly fucking breathe without you. I will risk it all because I know that you belong to me . . . just as I belong to you. And this time, nothing is going to stand in my way . . . unless that something is you.

I was ecstatic when I learned that Theo and his Little Knight would have a sequel. I’d loved Tainted Black and that ending was bittersweet for me. I felt they needed their HEA more than anything!

The quest for their happy ending doesn’t come without struggles for this couple, but I loved seeing them fighting for their love. They were pretty inspiring through this book. Their devotion for each other, even after years apart proved that they were made for each other. These years only made them realize the importance of the other in their life and decisions were to be made to earn the one they loved profoundly. Nothing is impossible for them: not the age difference, their actual relationship with other people, Izzy! They fight together the exterior drama to make their perfect life possible. They’re also still pretty magnetic in their intimate moments that are scorching hot!

I’m definitely satisfied by this read that provided the perfect ending for a love this powerful! The taboo isn’t important anymore, just love!
