TITLE: Bad Judgment AUTHOR:Meghan March GENRE: New Adult Romance RELEASE DATE: August 22, 2016

A deliciously sexy enemies-to-lovers STANDALONE from USA Today bestselling author Meghan March. He’s arrogant. She’s self-righteous. I hate him. I want her. I’ve been turning him down for two years straight. Every shut-down makes me work harder. I’m not a one-night stand kind of girl. She doesn’t realize I won’t settle for only one night. He’s a distraction I don’t need. She’ll say yes eventually because I’m not giving up.

Bad Judgment was my first read by Meghan March. For a while I wanted to read one of her books and the synopsis of this one intrigued me so I gave it a chance.
Ryker has been unsuccessfully after Justine’s affection for two years. Being the playboy he is and her being concentrated on law school, she pushed him away countless times. But now that her scholarship has been revoked, she has an option she can’t really refuse: help Ryker with his school work and her college fees will be paid. Justine soon discovers that Ryker is more than meets the eye and their latent attraction is exposed.
This book left me with mixed feelings. I’ll be honest and tell you that it took me a while to really enter the story, but when when it finally started to unfold I was completely captivated. The thing is that I was at least at half the book when it happened. I liked both main protagonists, Ryker and Justine, but didn’t felt the chemistry between them as much as I would have liked. There was a little spark missing for me in this book, but it was still a good entertainment. The last 25% were really great and it’s what saved the book for me, with all the drama and unexpected reveals.
I’ll certainly give it another try for Meghan March’s books. It was still an enjoyable novel!
