Since reading Until November a few years back, I’ve been falling under the charm of every single member of the Mayson family one by one. Until Sage was the same sort of heart-warming romance with a little drama mixed in that I love from Aurora Rose Reynolds.
Sage meets Kim when he helps her with a flat tire and right away he feels his BOOM. Everything between them is so effortless and the attraction very high. After a passionate night together, Sage is soon to make a mistake that costs him Kim’s affection. For months she gives him the cold shoulder and I loved his perseverance in pursuing her anyway. Like every Mayson man, he’s an alpha to the core and when he has something on his mind, there’s no dissuading him.
I liked their dynamic very much. They complete each other so well. While he’s pushy and very dominant in his decisions, Kim also have some fight in her and it makes for some incredible confrontations and steamy moments. Their relationship is intense, but they also have their sweet moments that made me swoon hard. Kim has her own problems she tries to deal with and Sage is their to give her strength.
With every new book in these series, I love getting reacquainted with the Mayson family. They’re a bunch of charming characters that I never get tired of seeing interact together. There’s something about seeing these alphas being all caring with their ladies.
Once again, Aurora Rose Reynolds delivers a solid love story where another of her alpha hero feels his epic BOOM! Can’t wait for the next Mayson in line to lose his heart!
