My Kinda Kisses is the story of Jaime Summer a twenty-nine-year-old girl who’s living at home in her small town after a bad break up. To get back on her feet, she works in her sister’s flower shop. It’s there she meets the sexy construction company owner Ryan Elson. The attraction is instant between them, but with Jaime’s past relationship, Ryan needs to thread carefully to prove his worth.
The book was a beautiful love story without drama. I appreciated seeing their feelings slowly progress into deeper ones. The sexiness of their relationship is really hot. Jaime’s grandparents are absolutely hilarious! I was laughing so hard at their inappropriate reflections. The dynamic between the six Summer sisters is also interesting, you definitely see their deep attachment to each other.
This book was pleasant and I had a great time reading it. If you’re in need of something lighter, that’s what this book is!
