This second part of the Amore Series was very entertaining. I preferred this part that is fast-paced and full of action, secrets, betrayal and scheming.
The story starts a few months after the ending of the first novel. We have Julietta in a precarious situation where she needs to betray Rafael to protect her family. She's in a real dilemma between her heart and mind and spying on Raf is torturing her. Rafael is still under her charm when he faces her again and wants to have her again, but there's a lot of things that are in their way. I loved their chemistry that I felt was more intense in this book and Julietta still have her boldness and Rafael is still the same hard mafia boss. There are new characters incorporated in this book that made it even more interesting.
It was a really good conclusion to this mafia romance. It was short, but a real thrill to read!
